Training

These hourly services are designed to provide remote, nontechnical, ad-hoc services to Customer on an hourly basis. The services to be provided by Autodesk will be detailed in writing prior to delivery of the services. The delivery services provided by Autodesk under this package are intended to be provided remotely. If Customer requires onsite services, additional fees may apply. Note: This is remote only.

These hourly services are designed to provide remote technical services to Autodesk customers on an hourly basis using Autodesk Construction Cloud APIs or Connect. The following additional terms apply to this package: (i) The technical services to be provided by Autodesk will be detailed in writing prior to delivery of the technical services. Examples of typical services may include troubleshooting partner or custom integrations that utilize APIs or Connect, providing best practices or recommendations based on workflow discussions, and ad-hoc consulting on a specific API capability; and (ii) the services provided by Autodesk under this package are intended to be provided remotely. If Customer requires onsite services, additional fees may apply. Note: This is remote only.

The Onsite Add-On package is designed to provide medium-sized teams and projects with onsite, interactive training on Autodesk Construction Cloud software. Fees listed online or in the applicable Order Form include travel expenses. Note: This includes one (1) day of training onsite.

The Standardization Workshop package includes web conference session(s) that will be led by an Autodesk Deployment Specialist to develop, prepare, and deliver a tailored Standardized Implementation Guide. Training is included and may be a combination of remote and/or one (1) onsite. This package is designed for up to twenty-four (24) hours of total services by an Autodesk Deployment Specialist. Note: This includes one (1) onsite.

The Construction Ops Basic Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for Autodesk Build, Pype Autospecs, SmartPlans, Closeout, and/or eBinder. This training package will include a total of twenty-five (25) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). The scope of this package will cover six (6) to eight (8) workflows of the customer's choosing. If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.

The Construction Ops Advanced Implementation package is designed to provide configuration and training services for Autodesk Build, Pype Autospecs, SmartPlans, Closeout, and/or eBinder. This training package will include a total of forty (40) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). The scope of this package will cover ten (10) to twelve (12) workflows of the customer's choosing. If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This includes one (1) onsite.

The Construction Ops Cost Management Add-On is designed to provide configuration and training services for Autodesk Build Cost Management. This training package will include a total of twenty-five (25) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.

The Precon Basic Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for BuildingConnected Pro / Bidboard, TradeTapp, and Autodesk Takeoff. This training package will include a total of twenty-five (25) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). The scope of this package will cover up to fifty (50) vendors and two (2) questionnaires of the customer's choosing. If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.

The Precon Advanced Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for BuildingConnected Pro / Bidboard, TradeTapp, and Autodesk Takeoff. This training package will include a total of thirty-five (35) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). The scope of this package will cover up to three-hundred (300) vendors and two (2) or more questionnaires of the customer's choosing. If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This includes one (1) onsite.

The VDC Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for BIM Collaborate, Assemble. This training package will include a total of seven (7) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.

The One-Time Setup Fee (One Product) package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for one (1) unbundled product of the customer's choosing. This training package will include a total of twelve (12) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.

The One-Time Setup Fee (Two Products) package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for two (2) unbundled products of the customer's choosing. This training package will include a total of sixteen (16) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g. scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g. configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at our standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.
